NICOLE ZISMAN: Artist Book I is the first published collection of fashion, sculpture, print, works on paper and moving image which explores intimately the artist’s studio practice from 2018-2022. Featuring editorial stories, major exhibitions and collaborations, the book has been curated chronologically alongside the artist’s exploration and devout celebration of Venezuelan Jewish identity in the diaspora. It begins with the artist’s formative 2017 residence in Amsterdam working in the atelier at Viktor & Rolf, and follows the next four years of the artists’ visual discussion of assimilation in both real and Internet environments and its interaction with universal human experiences.
